Aerial Photography

I recently had the opportunity to move to Pacific Beach. Moving is exciting to me because I am granted new opportunities to meet new people and explore a new place. As I have stated in previous posts I own a moped, I see it as a tool for my business. By having a cheap way of covering a lot of ground I am able to explore more than I normally would do on a run or bike ride. I carry my camera equipment with me on the moped and often times drive with no destination in mind. I allow my creativity and curiosity to guide my adventures. Often times I have found that I take my favorite photos when I use this method of finding new photography subjects. On this moped journey I was focusing on trying to work on aerial perspective. I wanted to make it seem as though I was taking my photos from side of a helicopter (something I have always wanted to do) or out of a plane. Here are the results, more play on perspective surely to come in future postings. These photos were all taken in Pacific Beach. The photos of the cars were taken out of my 8th story window with the Canon 300mm 2.8L . Adan Spahn.
